  • HRP Essential Membership – $360 annually

Essential Membership provides 24/7 online access to a sample employee handbook, new hire paperwork, customizable job description, employment laws, toolkits, employee forms, surveys, vendor discounts, 2 hours of phone guidance and 15% discount on our customized consulting services.

  • HRP Premier Membership – $890 annually (or $75 monthly)

Premier Membership provides all that Essential Membership comes with, plus a full library of job descriptions and interview questions as well as unlimited phone guidance, a dedicated HRP Account Manager and a 20% discount on our customized consulting services.

  • HRP Premier Plus Membership – $890 annually, plus cost per employee

HRP’s Premier Plus Membership includes the same benefits as the Premier Membership, plus electronic applicant tracking and/or onboarding. This membership includes unlimited live HR phone guidance from a certified expert to help you with all your HR questions including hiring and onboarding. Ensure your managers are aware of the legalities of basic human resource practices. These on-site training are interactive.  Trainings including but are not limited to Interviewing Basics, Addressing Poor Performance, Coaching and Documentation.

  • Recruitment Services – Flat Rate or Hourly

We research your company’s history, culture and position information to select the top candidates that will be the best organizational fit. Our goal is to ensure long term employment. HR professionals will be selecting your potential candidates, not sales people. We provide discounts on multiple recruitments. 

  • HR Audit – Up to 19 Employees, $1,500, Up to 49 Employees, $2,500, 50 employees or more $3,500

We will provide a cursory review of job descriptions, employee selection process, background checks, new hire paperwork, employee handbook, new hire reporting, separation process, unemployment administration and worker’s compensation. We will provide a complete report with specific recommendations for your organization.

  • Hourly Consulting 2-hour minimum, $130 per hour

HRP offers hourly phone consultation with a certified expert to address any HR problems or processes you may need assistance with. Determination of exempt/non-exempt status, bonus and commission programs, and assisting with creating an employee performance improvement plan are just a few examples.

  • Outsourcing and Custom Projects – Varies
